every event contract is slightly different but detail is clearly laid out to be agreed before signature - on occasions we do ask for advance deposits and other payments at various stages but not in all cases
we do not accept credit or debit cards at the present time but we are happy to accept payment by BACS on the basis that our contract and invoice terms are met
we would like to respectfully remind our clients of the contractual responsibility of ensuring that accounts department financial controllers and treasurers are made fully aware of our payment terms
our suppliers have their terms and we will endeavour at all times to ensure that these are honoured as we are fully aware of the importance of cash flow - payments to suppliers are currently paid by cheque although we are reviewing this at present
